Return Policy

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, we undertake to refund the amount paid by you no later than 30 days from the date of written notification of the return and the return of the product.

Purchase of a Product of Proper Quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the consumer has the right, within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), to exchange a product of proper quality for a similar one if the product does not suit the consumer in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose, provided that:● the product has not been used● the original appearance and consumer properties are preserved● seals and factory packaging are intact● all documents are included
If an identical product is not available at the time of exchange, the consumer has the right to:● purchase any other product with price recalculation● receive a full refund for the returned product● exchange the product when the same item becomes available again.

Purchase of a Product of Improper Quality

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, if significant defects caused by the manufacturer are discovered during the warranty period (14 days), the buyer has the right to:● product replacement, or● a full refund.
According to Clause 12, Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a significant defect is a defect that:● makes the product impossible or unacceptable to use for its intended purpose● occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault● includes severe mechanical damage to the product.

Product Return Procedure

If a product is returned via a transport company, the shipment must be sent to the transport company warehouse in Kharkiv.
Before sending the product, you must contact the operator to уточнити:● the transport company● recipient contact person● other required information.

By collecting the parcel from a Nova Poshta branch, you automatically confirm that you agree with the quality and completeness of the product.
We strongly recommend checking the parcel in the presence of a courier service employee or courier.

If the Product is Damaged During Delivery

If you wish to arrange a partial or full refund due to damage:● Upon discovering the defect at the branch, inform the transport company employee about the damage.● Important: the fact of damage must be recorded directly at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of authorized employees.● You must also notify the Gedz Tech operator about the detected defect.● If the inspection of the parcel at the carrier’s branch is refused, claims regarding damage will not be accepted.● If the transport company confirms the damage to the cargo, you will receive insurance compensation after completing the required documents within the timeframe established by Nova Poshta LLC.● The sender insures the cargo for its full value.● If the product was damaged due to the sender’s fault (and the sender acknowledges this), the refund amount will be determined individually depending on the level of damage.● These conditions do not apply to defects that arise during use after a certain period of operation.

IMPORTANT

Replacement or refund will be denied if:● more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of a product without significant defects● the product has been used and is no longer new● signs of third-party interference or modification are detected● there is no proof of purchase or the product is not returned in full complectation.

Refund Procedure

To receive a refund for a product of proper quality, the buyer must:
contact the seller and submit a refund request
fill out a standard return form indicating the reason for return
return the product in original packaging and full complectation
provide a purchase receipt or invoice
If the product is unavailable in stock at the moment of payment, the funds will be refunded immediately using the same payment method used for the purchase.
